I'm ready to sign up!

What is the Rewards Program?

  • Rewards program members earn 5% store credit on all purchases made annually, once a member has spent a minimum of $100. 

Are there any fees associated with membership?

  • No! It is absolutely FREE to sign up, and there are NO annual fees for members!

How do I sign up?

Why do you need my mailing address and phone number?​ Are you going to share my information?

  • Redwood Trading Post will NOT share any customer information with any outside organizations. 

  • We send out discount coupons to our Rewards customers via postal mail 3-4 times per year, and want to make sure you receive them.

  • When you make purchases, our staff will look up your Rewards account by the phone number you provide upon signing up. 

I signed up for the Rewards Program when you were located on El Camino Real. Do I have to sign up again?

  • No need to sign up a second time! You're good to go.

I can't remember if I've already signed up for the Rewards Program. Can you check?

  • Absolutely! Visit the shop, call us at (650) 363-2033, or send us an email  with your first and last name, as well as your phone number. We'll be glad to let you know!
