What is the Rewards Program?

Rewards program members earn 5% store credit on all purchases made annually, once a member has spent a minimum of $100.

Are there any fees associated with membership?

No! It is absolutely FREE to sign up, and there are NO annual fees for members!

How do I sign up?

Visit the shop and let one of our cashiers know you'd like to become a member.

Why do you need my mailing address and phone number?​ Are you going to share my information?

Redwood Trading Post will NOT share any customer information with any outside organizations.

We send out discount coupons to our Rewards customers via postal mail 3-4 times per year, and want to make sure you receive them.

When you make purchases, our staff will look up your Rewards account by the phone number you provide upon signing up.

I signed up for the Rewards Program when you were located on El Camino Real. Do I have to sign up again?

No need to sign up a second time! You're good to go.

I can't remember if I've already signed up for the Rewards Program. Can you check?
